Our client is a USA based global Manufacturing company, they are into the selling, purchasing, trading and exporters of glass packaging for food and beverages, offer high-quality modern and, innovative, customized, and environmentally friendly solutions.


Our Client needed a better system to keep track of the different product and services provided by them. As there is a hierarchical structure in their manufacturing company, they needed a better security of the personal data.
This includes a larger customization of CRM to meet their business requirements.

They want us to Automate Process and designed a customized CRM solution for them to effectively manage their customers, products, predictable service tracking offered with a high level of data personalization and security.

They require a platform to maintain information about the inventory, new business opportunities, products and their respective business models, along with a tracker of the daily activities of their users. The Client was having multiple systems in place for other/different processes and a robust API layer was needed to be developed for seamless integration.


We designed and crafted a solution based on Microsoft Dot Net/ MsSQL. We developed a custom panel to automate their sales processes meaningfully as per their process expectations and tailored modules to meet the increasing business needs. Further, we also built role-specific dashboards with full analytics, monthly revenue, missed payments, recurring billing integration with payment gateway and added functionalities like email Marketing Management with customized campaign to the intended audience.

We developed number of workflows to automate various notifications and data creation processes which improved the usability and accessibility of the application.

The development of our new CRM software made their manufacturing organizational activities more transparent and increased their productivity. Different reports are working as a perfect platform to check the live status of different aspects of their activities. Now they are getting daily emails with daily status updates of their team members. They can easily keep track of the activities of their many departments with just one click.
